White henleys are definitely a must this season

After a crushing defeat in the championship game Saturday afternoon at Johnny’s Ice House, an impromptu fashion show helped the Warriors players and their fans overcome the grief of defeat. Center Vince “Body Checking Minor” Arrigo and Chris “You Don’t Know Me Mang” Spang joined Warriors die-hard Richard Paladino in sporting identical white henleys at the Stanley Club. “Ironically enough, we didn’t plan this,” said Arrigo who only owns three shirts, two of them being white henleys. “We’ve admired Vince’s semi-homeless look all season,” quipped Spang, “it was about time we followed suit.”

The Warriors start their new season this Saturday at Johnny’s.

What happens when you run an NCAA winner pool and mysteriously wind up with the #1 overall seed? Cheater’s proof, that’s what.

Joe had no clue where he was

For the first time in ages, Bridgeport resident Joe Russo was forced to take public transportation this weekend. Russo, who usually commutes to Lincoln Park in a Volvo S40 Nissan Altima, chose to be responsible while celebrating a Saint that he continually points out is from Italy. When asked what he thought of the CTA, Russo replied “This is ridiculous. I couldn’t even use my city vest for free fare.” Russo made it home via taxi later in the night.
